I received a call from the Talent Acquisition Team where we discussed my availability for a virtual interview, my current circumstances, and any reasonable adjustments I needed. They scheduled me a date for my interview, sent over the Zoom invitation right away and gave me an overview of how the interview would run. My first part interview was 30 minutes long and was with 2 Matillioners - the hiring manager and the business partner. They both made me feel completely relaxed and the interview felt more like an informal conversation. I received another call from the Talent Acquisition Team to confirm that I was being invited for a second and final interview and we scheduled a date in. My final (virtual) interview lasted around 90 minutes with the hiring manager and the operations manager (VP). Again this interview was very relaxed and I felt at ease the whole way through, I didn't feel I was being put on the spot and I wasn't asked any difficult questions. Later that day I received a call offering me the job, it was so relieving not having to wait days and days for an outcome. Overall my interview experience with Matillion has been incredibly positive.
