Had to submit a CV with grades achieved and predicted for my next exams. I then got called for an interview. There was a 45 minute mathematics test in topics up to GCSE level. Following this there was an interview with centre director and head tutor.

The first step was to take an in-person math assessment to test the candidate's knowledge. Then, once selected, it was a quick phone interview and I was asked some basic questions about myself, background and education. I was asked about my availability and location preference.

Relatively simple. I applied online then was asked in for an interview and a maths test. Had the test then a chat with two people whilst my test was marked. The test was about an hour and the chat 30 mins
