First I had a 30 minute phone screen with a member of the HR team. Then I had a 30 minute phone interview with the head of the Technical Proposal management team. Finally I had a final interview with the rest of the team and the same HR person.

This interview process involved three stages. The first stage was a phone screen with a member of the HR team. The next stage was another phone interview with the head of the team. The final stage was a series of three interviews--the first with a more senior member of the team, the second with two team members with the position I was interviewing for, and the final with the same member of the HR team. All interviews had mainly behavioral questions.
