It took about three months to hear back after I submitted my application online, but once I heard back the process moved along quickly and I was hired within a month. It was a two round interview process: phone screening and then half a day in person interview where I met with about 6 different people. Everyone I interacted with during the process was helpful and welcoming, it really felt like they wanted you to succeed.

This company is the worst. They literally strung along for 3 months just to reject me. I had two interviews with hiring managers where all they did was just talk about themselves and then asked me only 3 questions about myself. Who does that? How did you even get to know me?? Then I was invited to the final round which was a FIVE AND A HALF HOUR long interview where twelve people repeatedly asked me the same questions over and over again. Even when they took me out to lunch, they asked me invasive questions about where else I was applying, which is none of their business. Then after an agonizing three week wait, the HR person tells me they went with someone that more "closely aligns with their needs" which was absolutely a bogus reason because I had every qualification they were looking for. Not only did they waste my time, they made me realize this company has a horrible recruitment process. I will tell everyone I know to never apply here.
