Applied online and got mail to attend a online coding exam and later informed about a phone technical exam . Phone technical interview was done along with screen sharing and said our Hr will contact about the results.

Question 1
interviewer asked me to explain types of Polymorphism and asked to explain them ?
2 code snippets are given asked to predict the output at the final round which is phonescreen.
Before this there was a coding test .
asked some questions on basics of programming.
asked some questions about linked list and object oriented programming.
There were three phases for recruiting procedures. The first stage was a brief and relaxing conversation, the second stage was about technical things and hiring manager asked several questions in the third stage.

1) HR interview : discussion about candidate profile (studies, former experiences, hobbies and expectations) and presentation of the company. 2) Technical interview: questions about MATLAB and control design automation. Choose among 3 topic : Maths/Deployment/Control Automation 3) manager interview
