Purely CGPA based . Questions on c , mat lab , Maths (Basic), Profile based questions(only theoretical).Questions were easy to answer. Less than gate level.Engineering level maths. interview will be based on any programming language, Data structure for electronics people.Overall interview was easy . But they give preference to high CGPA.
