Interviewed on the phone for the first round, it was a simple informative round.
Second round was taken by the CTO and CIO and it was tough, I managed to answer the questions.

Entretien
It took 1 week to schedule the first round of the interview and it was scheduled with VP of the company. The interview level was average but what surprised me that interviewer started by statements to judge that why I am making switch for money and not role, without even knowing the skills and past role I had done. With this experience, I got an idea that why there is negative feedback coming about Matellio in the market for worse work life balance and politics between Jaipur and Jodhpur offices.
