Three stage process, screening call with HR. Then meeting with a couple of members from the team, including the person I would be directly reporting into. Final stage is a meeting with the head of the department.
The interview consited of an initial screening including backgound knowledge on sales plus a case study with a mockup sales pitch in which a imaginary lead has to be convinced of the product

Very basic and without any background + the role is advertised in one market but the reality is they dont want to hire in that market but in the other one
