From application to first contact took 3 weeks. Then 3 to 5 week intervals of interviews. Met with 3 people by phone (global roles) and 4 in person. Basic knowledge needed, looking for right culture fit and experience to match. Interviews were non behavioral, mostly interested in experience and what I wanted to do moving forward.
