Used STAR method--Situation, Task, Action, Results. They ask you a question and you have to respond with an example telling about a situation that you were involved in, what happened in the scenario, what actions that you took, and what the final outcome was.

I was in a previous interview process where they didn’t get back to me in 1,5 months, then I was called saying that unfortunately I didn’t get that position but they would like me to interview for a different one. I did 4 different interviews, just to arrive at the end and they ghosted me again for 2 months. It’s a terrible recruiting experience, and frankly not very respectful and human

The first round of the process was an online interview with 3 questions. Each question provided a few retakes and 2 minutes to prepare. Relatively easy questions with one PM related question.
