Hasty. Via external recruitment agency. Took SQL and Soft skills questions exam. Shortlisted for onsite interview based on the exam. Had about 30 mins onsite interview with hiring manager. No technical questions thrown at me. Simple and brief. Few days later the external agency contacted saying that I did not make it due to my "personality" despite possessing the technical capabilities and knowledge. Okay. It's a hire and fire organization anyways and the turnover for this role is on the high side youre observant enough so think twice before wasting your time.
