Most uncomfortable interview ever. Interviewer was not prepared well for the interview and asked personal questions. Bad interview technique, disrespect of boundaries and insensitive tone. Interview process should be revisited: some managers arent meant to take interviews alone

After HR screening call, Face to Face interview with Director from the same team. Asking more about experience and relevant skill sets and interests. Process was relatively straightforward and manager seemed nice and genuine. HR also very friendly and helpful in following up.
