Applied via recruitment agent, was asked to provide reference PRIOR to interview.
Had an interview with a senior manager, then the direct manager.
Simple and easy process and was invited to meet the team in advance of starting.

Question 1
I was asked to talk through my background and how I handled customers.
I wasn't expected to have previous payments knowledge, which was surprising but I found out later MC were driving to recruit from other industries to get that other experience and fresh blood into their work culture.

En general el proceso es sencillo, son dos entrevista una con recursos humanos, con la finalidad de conocer un poquito sobre tu experiencia laboral e introducirte al rol. La segunda, seria directamente con tu Line Manager completamente en ingles. El feedback es completamente escaso.

Too many rounds then super day for theee hours it was behanvooral and case switching off with new interviewers each time they came on screen to discuss their new project
