Most irresponsible HRs.
Applied from linkedin, received call after 2 weeks. First round was scheduled after a week in mid March. The interview went well and the interviewer was very supportive and friendly. Did not receive any feedback from HR until 2 weeks. Received call for second round, the interview got rescheduled thrice and the HR did not have the courtesy to inform me prior. Had to follow up multiple times for second round. Finally Round 2 happened just for name sake. No technical questions were asked and interviewer was disinterested. Finally mailed HR for feedback, no reply/ communication for another 10 days. After multiple follow ups, HR replied with a very rude comment that she is not entitled to give feedback but her team is.
Overall a very bad experience, immature recruitment team, disinterested interviewers, no basic etiquettes or courtesy towards interviewees.
Highly disappointed with Mastercard, the weightage the company holds in market, the hiring process that they follow are completely opposite.
Do not post for job openings, if you dont intend to hire them. Stop wasting others time.

I applied through instahyre. After a call with recruiter, I was asked to attempt the online coding round. First it was online coding round. Followed by 2 technical rounds. Online coding round involed easy-medium leetcode questions and mcqs.

Entretien
3 rounds - 1 Technical , 2 Technical + Manager Round, 3 HR (not yet scheduled for me, so can't post questions). Both the rounds focusing more on technical skill set and real time problem solving. Second round the interviewer is also sharing what he answer he was expecting which is a good learning.

3. How serialization works, why we use it?
4. If there are multiple instances or machines where client using the same database, how you are managing it? How application deployment happened to different client machine for win form application where the dlls are locally copied.
5. If one customer wants a change out of 50 using the same application what all steps you do?
6. How you improve SP performance?
7. What are different in different DBs?
8. What are major challenges to migrate the huge DB to a different DB, example SQL to Oracle or Oracle to PostGreSQL.
9. What is the difference between CTE, Temp table, normal table.
