Call through phone, then meeting at the offices. The first call really took me by surprise as it was not planned and lasted for more than 1 hour with HR. The meeting at the office was not too complicated as I got to meet a number of managers that were very benevolent. Sadly due to COVID19, no information was given to me concerning future possibilities with the company

The interview process for the analyst role included an initial screening to review my background, domain experience, and understanding of the role. This was followed by functional interviews focused on business analysis skills, Guidewire PolicyCenter knowledge, and P&C insurance workflows, including requirement gathering and stakeholder communication. The final discussions emphasized problem-solving, collaboration with business and technical teams, and how I approach delivering solutions in an Agile environment.
Very organized and good but you had to fill out their pymetrics test within a certain number of hours of receiving their email which was difficult as a student with other deadlines and concerns as well.

The interview process was 2 online test followed by a recorded interview and finally an in person assessment centre. During the assessment centre the day was split between group exercises, case studies and one-to-one interviews.
