Heard from them 3 weeks after the initial application submission. I expected the phone interview with hiring manager to be more technical, and it was more behavioral, which honestly I wasn't ready for. There were no follow up afterwards from either party.

Technical and behavioral questions. Got an interview after a referral. Had interviews with two different interviewees. Database design and pair programming questions. Interview went pretty well. The interviewers were nice and friendly and helpful.

Pymetrics test followed by a quant test followed by two round of interviews, in which they ask guestimate questions and ask question from your projects and experiences, I had a very nice experience
