Initial interview with two HR individuals at the school
Contacted about in-person interviews in Purchase, NY
Interviewed by 6 professionals, 30 minutes each, two different departments
Offered a position two weeks later
Accepted a month later
People from different departments have different personalities. Seemed like they are still using cubicles for lower level employees, but conference/group work rooms are in every section. Location of office was very nice. Saw employees going out during lunch time and running around the campus. Seems like a good work/life balance. Hesitant about promotion/advancement opportunities.

Video interview was 3 scenario-based questions, very straightforward and can be prepped beforehand.
No need to prep for "tell me about yourself" and "Why this company" type of questions for this round.

The interview process consisted of two to four rounds of interviews and I would consider the level of difficulty as average. Overall, people are friendly and want to see if you'll be a fit for the team.

Entretien
Very easy process, I had to do an interview and play 12 games to check if my skills align with requirements of the job. The only minus is that you have to record yourself rather than speak to a person.
