I applied online and the Lead Talent Person contacted me. We set up some time to talk on the phone and then her coordinator scheduled an interview. She is based in Westchester, but came into the city, early in the morning to meet me, which I appreciated. We had a very good conversation and then she had me do an assignment on my own time. I had to choose three open positions from 3 different departments and find candidates for them. I spent a few hours of my time putting it together and then sent it to her before her stated deadline. She invited me for an in-person interview in their main HQ where I met the Talent Acquisition and HR Teams. They were all very nice and the campus was beautiful.
