The technical portion was not overly difficult but focused more on how you approach problems rather than getting a perfect answer. I was asked about my experience with data, dashboards, and how I’ve worked through challenges in past projects. The behavioral portion focused on teamwork, adaptability, and how I handle real-world situations.

I appreciated that they were genuinely interested in learning about my experiences rather than trying to trip me up.
