4 interviews, 1 case on the spot. Interviewers were very transparent about the company's culture and what to expect. The process went on for 4 months, from sending the resume until the first day on the job.

A case where a external party was not responsive how did you manage to reach out?

There are a total of 5 rounds. First the HR screening round, followed by the Hiring manager interview, then a Senior Product Manager from the team interviews you (this goes upto 1 hour or more) and then finally the Director of Engineering. If you clear all these 4 rounds, you are then called for a final round with the VP as the final call depends on him/her.
In short, it's a pretty long process. I cleared all the four rounds and for some reason could not even sit for the final round as a decision was taken on the day of my interview, which was unfair and weird. But that's how this industry operates.
