Unfortunately, my experience with the interview process at Mastercard was disappointing. After an initial conversation with a recruiter where I was asked about my current compensation and day-to-day responsibilities, I received no further communication. There was no explanation of the interview process, next steps, or even a follow-up after our discussion.
Being left without a response felt unprofessional, especially from a company of Mastercard’s reputation. I hope they take steps to improve the candidate experience moving forward.
