MasterStreet's interview process for tutors is great. After submitting an application online, potential tutors are contacted by a member of their team for a face-to-face video interview. Candidates are then vetted for experience. Their team member mentioned that they only accept less than 10% of tutor applicants. They politely but comprehensively vetted by references plus my professional/educational experience. The process was well orchestrated and I was thrilled to be accepted!
