My process was 4 steps. 1. A call with head of recruitment to see if there was a CV alignment, cultural fit and if I should be taken forward (30-45 mins) 2. A call with head of growth to deep dive into the CV, answer questions and discuss the role/ask questions (1 hour) 3. A presentation delivered to head of growth and line manager. (1 hour) Though presentation after learning, creation etc... took a good few hours to put together. 4. A final call with line manager to answer some scenario based questions around the role itself, and ask your own questions (1 hour)
