It was multiple stages: - Recruiter screening - Call with founder/co-founder - Call with a manager or someone closer to your role - Interview with the client they want to put you forward to All stages were very conversational and relaxed. the conversation topics allowed the interviewer to get an understanding of your ability while also seeing how you would fit within the company and their ways of working. Questions felt timely and in line with the topic of conversation as opposed to scripted.
