Interview process started out with a phone interview then in person where you meet with 4-5 different employees. Very relaxed interview process mostly behavior questions. Was interviewed by the hiring manager along with employees so the staff is well involved in the hiring process.

Met 5 directors for interview. It took 2 hour for the whole process. It seems that the intern is a intensive position and focuses on two main duties: research and relationship management.

Multiple rounds of interviews to meet different members of the firm. Very friendly environment. Do background research on the firm and the partners so you know who they are and what they do. It's always good to be knowledgeable about the firm you're applying to. Mostly just a fit interview. No quantitative or market questions.
