Applied online on a popular job board and heard back from the hiring manager between one and two days after. At the interview, there were two women present. They asked me to role play with one of the women to sell a massage envy year membership after giving me some background information to use, including price per month and membership terms. There were 3 interviews for this position; the last one was a script-based interview that had to be memorized between the second and third interview. There were many questions about customer service and sales skills.
