The interviewer was professional and organized in the interview with clear expectations of work ethic. They made the job sound appealing and offered competitive pay. I could tell I was going to like working there.

Very informal- consisted of a brief interview with the Clinic Administrator who was 18 and inexperienced in management. Based on my age, prior experience, and demeanor, I was hired on the spot with very few questions other than salary requirements and schedule.
