Multi-phase interview: The first round of interviews is a phone call/zoom interview focusing on technical knowledge. This interview lasted about 10 min and felt like a verbal pop quiz. The second interview is an in-person interview on site with the MA State Police Crime Lab. The second interview also contains a great deal of technical questions, but also asks more questions about you as an individual, how you respond to stress, and how you operate in a workplace.
