I applied online and received a call from HR. She asked me several questions and scheduled me to meet with the nurse manager. I got there and she didn't know I had an interview or had a copy of my resume. The interview went great and I got a tour of the unit. She called HR immediately after we were done. I didn't hear anything for a week, then got an email at 10pm saying they chose someone else. I honestly think they forgot about me all together.
