Went smoothly but was initially intimidating. There was a panel of 4 researchers and a non-scientist, each of whom asked me a question. The questions largely pertained to my research experience and skills

It was honestly very chill, I just spoke with the PI on zoom about my past experiences and why I want to work in their research field specifically. He went into a lot of detail but I think it's just because he was passionate about the topic

Entretien
I was referred by a researcher from the lab. I met with the lab PI, and shared my academic and programming backgrounds. He and the lead on a project were happy with my background and gave me the position.
