I interviewed with 3 people, it was a very casual meeting. They asked me some hypothetical scenario questions and about my experience, as well as future career goals. They were transparent with expectations and are very interested in timelines of how long employees will stay.

Was referred by a friend to contact the research coordinator. Did not even apply to the job since I couldn't find the application online but after I was in contact with RC I didn't need to. First there was a general phone screen about why I was interested in the internship and then an interview which I did via Skype since I was studying abroad. The interview wasn't bad although mine could have been shorter since it wasn't in person
