J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez MassMutual
Entretien
I met the recruiters at a school career fair. I was not very interested at the time, I didn't even send them a thank you email for speaking with me. (I did this for opportunities I was really interested in at the time.) I received a phone call from them telling me they were interested in me so I we scheduled a phone interview because I was a little ways away from their office. Prior to the phone interview, I has to fill out a personality test "thing". They called me about a week later, had the interview, it was easy and they were very friendly and polite. We spoke about the internship, had the typical interview questions, nothing unexpected and not available on Glassdoor. We spoke about my results from the personality thing and that was pretty much it. They contacted me via email after and continued with the process of taking a position.

Super easy process overall. Just be yourself and show passion for the position in question. Great internship for anyone looking to get their foot in the door in insurance/sales/finance. Super nice staff and good training
The interview process was pretty standard and consisted of an initial call with the recruiter followed by 3 additional interviews with different managers. Was a good experience overall and they were very welcoming.

There are multiple interviews, in the first one there is a presentation about the company, and they answered any questions. After that you schedule your second interview and practice the questions you would have to ask clients
