Entretien
A series of one on one meetings followed by a group interview and online personality test. Part of the interview process is to put together your list of people you're going to call when you start. The interview process is not very hard - they don't rule out too many candidates as long as you can pass the background check.

Recruiter reached out and only gave pros. When I dug deeper to get further detail he didn't know concrete info. Felt more like a desperate way to try to recruit due to a high turnover rate.

Entretien
I was referred by a recruiter to interview with a financial advisor for an in-office role. During the interview, several red flags came up. They asked about my citizenship, and when I said I am American, they implied that could not be true because of my last name. Later, after I mentioned that I speak another language, they said, “That’s great, we’ve been aiming to target that community,” which deeply disturbed me.
Pretty straight foward super friendly
Very nice went through behavioral questions a few technical and mainly talk about your background and why you’re a good role good fit. Overall, positive experience, super friendly showed enthusiasm.
