I applied for the job, and two weeks later, I received an Art Test; I turned it in and then received an email invitation for an in-person interview, the same week , went for the interview and after the interview, I received a job offer in less than 12 hours.

completed the art test, had an interview on zoom. the interview seemed to be going well. at the the end of the interview they said they wouldn't hire anyone today and wait to hear back in 2-3 weeks. they hired someone around the time of my interview and ghosted me

Entretien
Completed art test. Originally supposed to be a teams meeting following week. Turned into a phone call. Lead seemed too busy and uninterested even though they progressed the process on their end. I think they must have a ton of interviews constantly from the sound of it. I was out of state but I would have preferred video call at least.
