Multiple preliminary screening interviews. Once I was able to speak with the divisional manager, they were able to work to find a position that was the best fit for the department as well as myself.

Very well organized, both HR and a manager knew everything and communicated well, the process felt connected and well managed. Quick turnaround to my questions, quite transparent about benefits, the rest of the process.
