Multiple interviews and a written assignment. The written assignement on rebranding their entire organization took me the entire weekend to complete. I presented the assignment virtually to the hiring manager but never got a call back or any feedback. They just sent a form letter informing me I was no longer being considered. They boasted during the interview how they treat staff like "family." But they don't, and the C- BBB rating also tells you how they treat their customers. I would avoid this company.
