Usually, you hear about the opportunity from a party or a class. Then if you are interested in learning more, your consultant will give you more info and probably a survey. They will have their director contact you and set up an "interview." That is nothing more than them asking about you and telling you more about the great things the company has to offer. They go over the marketing plan and how you can expect to make money. After you agree to sign up, you order your starter kit and start working!

After I was invited to a sales meeting by my sister-in-law, my Sales Director was super nice and explained everything to me in detail before I signed up. She was even genuinely interested in my personal life, children, hardships, goals, etc.

Entretien
I spoke to the Director about the company and what it has to offer. We discussed what I was looking for and how Mary Kay would fit into my life and fulfill my goals and dreams. The interview was in person and was a two way question and answer session.
