Couple days later: tour of the facility, simple aptitude test to make sure you're not stupid, and a laid-back, short interview with the shift supervisor.
If you get an offer, you have to do an online background check, and a pre-employment drug test and physical at Sanford. As long as you're not anemic, you'll pass the physical. The drug test only tests for hard drugs, e.g. meth and cocaine.
