Horrible experience. Zero empathy about candidate experience. To start with, the recruiter has no professionalism and not trained in interviewing for senior positions. My calls got rescheduled multiple times at the last moment. To top that the hiring manager calls 10 min’s beyond the scheduled time and spends just 15 min’s interviewing and a month later they come back with a feedback. By that time I had already lost interest to pursue.
