My interveiw lasted about an hour, we talked about my work experience, compensation, and hours that I would be available. My interviewer was very nice and friendly and I was offered the job on the spot

Entretien
Erin was very peppy and polite. She asked me lots of questions about my work experience and was actually interested in getting to know me as a person, which is something ive never experienced in any interview. She was very personable and 150% made me want to work for this company. 10/10 would recommend working here!

Entretien
Not really a formal interview per se, in fact was told they like to just talk to everyone that applied to get a feel for them. Office was very laid back, in fact no receptionist or anyone to greet you when you walk in, you are right in the middle of the department with people staring at you like you don't belong. Followed up with a typical professional response to thank the Manager for taking time to interview and a follow up letter on the position status. Unprofessionally the current trend, I received no response. Ultimately a waste of my time and effort.
