Pleasant room, closed door. Personality questions, background in industry questions. All in all, a basic "tell me about a time when...." interview. After answering questions about my former job and my personal life, we discussed the business in more detail and found people in common we worked with in the past. I don't think that helped me get the job, but I do think it helped the interviewers get a better "feel" if I would be a fit for their department.
