I was interviewed for a salaried position here and they clearly didn't know how to interview and never responded, even to follow-up emails, even though they said they'd reach out one way or another. This is after they postponed the original interview at the last minute. I also know a person that works in the warehouse and they have a high turnover rate, likely due to the lack of ability and skills in interviewing people. If they don't know how to interview people properly, give response to a salaried position interview, or retain talent even though they pay well for a warehouse, it is indicative of a bad work environment. I for one will never apply here again due to the lack of courtesy alone.

Pretty basic, phone call screening done by HR followed by an in person interview by Warehouse Manager and Distribution Manager, The follow up by HR was great after the first interview to check how it went but then never heard back from anyone.
