J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Marstel-Day en sept. 2014
Entretien
Was contacted about 3 weeks after my application was submitted for a Skype interview. The date was selected for the interview, but the interviewers were 20 minutes late due to a meeting that had run overtime beforehand, which is understandable but still arrangements should have been made to not schedule an interview back to back to a meeting. The interview itself only took around 20 min and was barely enough time to really get to know a candidate's background. I especially felt like the questions were rather inflexible - they were clearly reading from a set list. For example, my first question was 'tell me about yourself' and in my answer I clearly stated my qualifications for the job (ie my degree and publication record) and then the second question was 'what are your qualifications for the job', which is just a waste of time to repeat myself.

Question 1
What was the biggest challenge during your last position?
Came in for an in-person interview with three team members. Gave an overview of my experience and asked some questions on the role. Was not very long all in all.

I really got to know the employees and truly enjoyed the interview. The questions were very challenging and got to the heart of what the employer was looking for. I was able to truly focus on what I was able to offer the company.
