three total interviews - one with hiring manager, one over phone with store manager, then one in person with store manager. all were of average length and discussed topics related to the job, as well as career opportunities and growth within the company.
Quick and easy. I left the interview, got into my car and was called right then with a job offer and invited to orientation the next day. Overall, it was a piece of cake. This company has an extremely high turnover rate.

Entretien
Very informal interview. Fairly short and to the point. Asked general questions about previous retail experience and where I wanted my career to go within the company. Job was offered same day and paperwork was quickly sent over.
