I applied in person, I handed my application to the assistant manager. Then she scheduled me an interview the following day. I interviewed with the Assistant manager and operations manager. Both were very friendly and talkative. Both told me about what their store was all about.During the 2nd interview, the manager indicated to me that they do call references, after that they will call you if you hired.

First I went to a fair job in my city, I talked with the recruiter, and then the recruiter scheduled a second interview in one of the stores. In the store, they asked me some questions, mostly about my previous experience, in which I focused on customer service, such as how to handle tight deadlines, how to provide excellent customer service, a situation where I get good feedback from a customer and how I took it and more... They ask for your availability, and salary expectations, and tell a little more about the company. Do not forget to ask some questions when they say to you. And the process took for me a couple days to receive answer.
