Applied online. Spoke with a Loss prevention "trainer" employee via phone, probably for selection purposes. Then interview with DLPM. DLPM was very automated and impersonal, and used advanced interrogation techniques i.e. no desk in between, asked same question later on but reworded.

It was a very standard retail store interview. Asked about relevant experience, gave detailed info on job applied for. Confirmed availability and hours desired. And there were a few customer service related questions and scenarios

Great, new opportunities, new people, I was interviewed for a cashier position and instead was offered 2 higher level positions, resulting in 3 overall interviews and accepted the the opportunity that best fit me.
I went through one phone screen and was called for a second interview where I was given an offer after the manager barely asked about my qualifications or how I would be a good fit for the job.
