I took a codility test after speaking with a recruiter over the phone at Wiser. From there took a problem solving lab test and spoke with a junior developer for 30 minutes. I then did a group exercise and spoke with HR. I progressed to project stage and was invited to a final round on site in London. Found all the staff at these stages very friendly and very interested in me. Decided to accept a offer at another hedge fund after my onsite interviews as felt the other firm offered a more focused role but the rotational nature would suit others but I know what I want to do full time.

First step in the application process was filling an online application (sending CV and cover letter). After the initial screening stage, I was invited for a phone interview with usual competency-based questions. I was then invited for a Codility test. It is been almost a month now, and I have still have not received a response whether I have proceeded to the next stage although following up on my application two times.
