Did a panel interview consisting of the assistant admin and two RN's who work in the department I was interested in.
They take turns asking you interview questions to find out if you are fit for the position.

Entretien
It was a panel interview with three people there. All asking different questions and ask questions about different hypothetical situations. They also need you to be first aide/cpr certified before being hired.
