Very friendly and casual experience. The manager mainly asked about why I was interested in working at Marsh. The rest of the "interview" process was going over paperwork and signing documents.

It consisted of me being told how to do the job. They didn't quality check, they just hired. It was like they just needed a warm body behind the register, but that's also what a cashier is viewed as anyway.

Informal sit-down with a Manager in the cafe on-site. Took about 15 minutes. Asked about whether I could perform the duties and answered any questions I had. Did not bring up pay.
