Started with group discussion, followed by group interview. They don't offer internship to those, whose family is involved in business. Provide internship on the basis of what their parents do.

The interview process is entirely dehumanizing through their utilization of "One-way video interviews". I have no idea if my application has ever been seen by a living person. I got zero feedback on my interview other than the typical "Unfortunately" email. The experience was a valuable learning tool for me to avoid any other company that engages in that form of applicant screening.
